Girly Birthday Party!

I just know the day that my daughter comes to me and says she is sick of pink will probably come faster than I would like, so I thought I'd jump at the chance to have a "pretty in pink" birthday party.

Today marks a very special day! Today is my daughter's first birthday. I know everyone says that they can't believe how quickly time passes when you have kids, but I have to say, "I had NO idea"! I remember the day she was born like it was yesterday. What an amazing year it has been. She is truly the most beautiful, remarkable and lovable little wonder that I am truly blessed to have as my daughter.

Now on to the treats! I have been extremely busy getting ready for the upcoming birthday party and my house has turned PINK! I won't be revealing too many details upfront, but here is a sneak peak of the cake pops that we enjoyed this evening!

Babies, Babies and More Babies!

Today I had the opportunity to make a cake and cookie favors for my cousin's baby shower. It was such a wonderful event, not only for the baby-to-be, but also to see all of the little "cousin" babies. In just 11 months there have been 3 babies born amongst my cousins. It is so great to have a chance for all of us to get together because my daughter's 1st cousins are 8-14 years older than her. It was a very fun day!

I'm not much of a St. Patrick's Day fan, but my friend Sarah IS!!! I was so happy to make these for her to help celebrate the holiday.

Lately, I have been so pleased with all the great treat requests I have gotten. I just love having the opportunity to share in so many people's special days. I love that every time I show up with one of my creations, please have the biggest smile and are so excited to indulge on something made just for them. I am very lucky to have to opportunities, so if you have ordered from me recently, thank you ... Life is good!

I Love Baking!

I am so blessed to be able to share my hobby of baking with people I love. This weekend, I was especially busy with Valentine's Day orders, as well as cookies for my nephew's Blue & Gold Boy Scout Banquet. I hope he and all his friends enjoyed their western cookies!
