I Love Baking!

I am so blessed to be able to share my hobby of baking with people I love. This weekend, I was especially busy with Valentine's Day orders, as well as cookies for my nephew's Blue & Gold Boy Scout Banquet. I hope he and all his friends enjoyed their western cookies!

Baby Boy Cake Pops!

When I got the news that my best friend is going to have a baby boy, I knew I had to do something special. I just love the way these turned out and they were really easy to make.

Valentine Bear Cake Pops

When I first saw these adorable cake pops, I thought, "there's no way I can make those", but to my delight, I did! Surprisingly, they we're very hard to make. The ears, nose and feet are made with chocolate chips and the center heart is a Gobstobber candy heart. What a fun treat for some of the little ones for Valentine's Day!

Super Bowl = Super Foods!

While I typically enjoy watching football, I enjoy all the tasty food and beer that go along with a great football party. For this year's Super Bowl, I will be bringing these cake pops as well as these potato skins!
