Although Amelia was too little to enjoy the treats of Halloween, she had to have some of her own to share. I made these strawberry cake pops (made from Bakerella's new book). They were really challenging, but with some persistence, I couldn't be more happy with the way they turned out. And the red velvet cake I made them with, was the biggest hit.
